Renaissance Orlando Resort - Disney Springs Area, Lake Buena Vista

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The ground-floor cabana rooms were perfect for my son and me, with our own private patio by the pool. The staff, especially Gisell and her team at the front desk, along with Ramon from the restaurant, made us feel so welcome. The modern decorations throughout the hotel added a touch of elegance, but I was disappointed that the dining options could be a bit slow. Nevertheless, I can't wait to return!

My stay at this hotel was a mixed bag. The rooms were clean and spacious, but the overall maintenance is lacking, especially in the pool area. The service from the front desk staff was exceptional, particularly Bruce, who went above and beyond. However, I was disappointed with the dining options and the distance to Disney Springs. It's a fair base for exploring, but definitely not a standout hotel experience.

My stay at B was a mix of hits and misses. The room was modern and spacious, which I loved, but the noise from the elevator and ice machine made it hard to sleep. While the transportation to Disney parks was a huge plus, the late checkout fee felt excessive and the service could be more attentive. Overall, it has potential, but there are definite areas that need improvement.

I was really looking forward to a laid-back stay at this hotel, but I encountered several issues that dampened my experience. While the rooms were clean and spacious, they were quite noisy, which made getting a good night's sleep challenging. The staff were pleasant and helpful, but the amenities didn't live up to what I expected, especially when it came to the shuttle service and pool area. Overall, there were some highlights, but it’s not quite the resort experience I hoped for.
